Occurred Wednesday 11 March 2009 in front of La Spezia port. This operation was necessary to allow
refitting into La Spezia shipyards and it was supervised by La Spezia Port Authorities with m/v Dock Express 12
(property of Dutch company Dockwise) shipboard staff. The maritime transport from Mombasa port to La Spezia shipyards was effected with
a special self-sinking vessel that allowed and made possible that kind of voyage.
